Genuine Microsoft Office 2010 Professional
Hey, I need help with my Office 2010. Like the title said, my product key is Genuine as said by the Activate Office program. After that, I just configure it, and when they said they have finished setting up my product key, they told me to restart Office/Word and the other programs. So I did and the Activate Office program came back again! So I re-entered the product key, do the same process and then restart my computer. And reopened Office and the SAME PROBLEM HAPPENED. The Activate Office program was there again.
Why can't I activate it??? It's annoying me and now it won't activate it. This happened to my XP computer, too and my product key is XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX. Have you confirmed that the factory installed Office trial has been removed?
It is probably called 'Office 2010 Single Image'. If you install and activate a purchased copy while the trial is present, the activation system gets confused. Another possible fix is to close all Office apps, then start one using 'Run As Admin'.
